Everybody Group Fitness Programme
Our Everybody Group Fitness programme operates at facilities
throughout the Crewe & Nantwich Area and covers a wide range of
health and fitness classes on either a pay-as-you-go basis or as
part of our great value Everybody memberships.
Our group fitness programme is being updated so please contact
the centre for class times.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga
Thursdays 8:00 - 9:15pm
Freestyle Fitness Yoga, with popular instructor Rae Smith, aims
to improve your flexibility, strength, balance, focus, breathing,
movement control, body weight management and relaxation. It
incorporates deep stretch yoga postures and stability exercises
with a fluid and controlled approach. It will help participants to
improve muscular strength and tone and will also help to improve
posture and confidence levels. There is no dogma, but it does teach
the importance of controlled movements, posture, breathing and
focus as integral components of the class.
Please note that this class is suitable for healthy individuals
aged 16 and above. It is not advised for pregnant women or for
those suffering from acute medical conditions. If you are unsure of

Football Leagues
Football is firmly established at Shavington, there have been
very successful 5 & 7 a side football leagues for many years
now. There is fierce competition for the trophies and top
place.
Circuit Training
Circuit Training at Shavington is an excellent way to improve
your mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training format
utilises a number of strength exercises, that are completed one
after another.
Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions
or for a prescribed time period before moving on to the next
exercise. Exercises are separated by brief, timed rest intervals,
and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period.
The total number of circuits performed during a training session
will vary depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate,
or advanced), your period of training (preparation or competition)
and your training objective.
Spin Cycling
Spin cycling at Shavington is extremely popular in it's own
dedicated Spin Studio. For more details about Spin classes,

Daytime Spin Cycling
Due to the popularity of this class we will be adding a morning
session starting Tuesday 15th June from 11am-11.45am. The
session will be free to Everybody direct debit members and £4.00 to
casual members. For more information please contact the
centre.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
The leisure centre operates a six day booking policy for most
activities. You may only book courts, pitches, or spin bikes up to
six days in advance. Spin bookings are taken after 12.30pm, Sports
Hall bookings after 1pm, Astro turf bookings after 1.30pm and
Squash court bookings after 2pm.
We also operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations
must be communicated to us with 48 hours notice otherwise the full
price of the booking will be charged (unless the booking is made
within 48 hours of time of play). In the case of Spin Cycling, the
notice is 24 hours.
All Bookings are for 55 minutes unless otherwise stated.
All club bookings and functions require a minimum of one week’s
notice of cancellation.
