- 8.00pm - 9.00pm ~ Kick Aerobics
Wednesdays
- 6.00pm - 7.00pm ~ Body Toning
- 7.15pm - 8.15pm ~ Steps and Abs
- 8.30pm - 9.15pm ~ Aquafit (3/4 hr)
Thursdays
- 6.00pm - 7.00pm ~ Legs, Tums & Bums
- 7.15pm - 8.15pm ~ Pilates
- 8.00pm - 10.00pm ~ Sporty 40 (Especially designed for the over
40's. This exciting class combines structured keep fit sessions
with swimming, table tennis and team games)
Fridays
- 8.30am - 9.15am ~ Aquafit
- 6.30pm - 7.30pm ~ Yoga
