Our Service Standards

Applications for affordable housing will be registered and acknowledged within 10 working days
Full applications for Discounted For Sale properties and for the Assisted Purchase Scheme will be processed within 15 working days and a letter of refusal or approval will be sent out to all applicants.

The Strategic Housing Service developed a customer charter and published service standards in April 2010, which will be reported on every 6 months.

Full applications for Discounted for Sale properties and for the Assisted Purchase Scheme will be processed within 15 working days and a letter of approval or refusal will be sent out to all applicants.	There were 7 Full APS applications processed between April and June 2010 5 of them was processed and acceptance/refusal letters sent within the 15 working days. There were 3 Full APS applications processed between July and September 2010, 2 of them were processed and acceptance/refusal letters sent within the 15 working days. There were 5 full DFS applications processed between April and June 2010, 4 of them were processed and refusal/acceptance letters sent within the 15 working days. There were 8 full DFS applications processed between July and September 2010, 6 of them were processed and refusal/acceptance letters sent within the 15 working days.
