Team Plans
Each year we develop a Team Plan which outlines the
projects and targets for the year, and provides the links with the
Sustainable Community Strategy, Corporate Plan, Places departmental
objectives and the Planning and Housing Service
Plan. Our 2011-12

Customer Charter and Service Standards
We have developed a Customer Charter
for the Strategic Housing service.
As well as the Corporate Service Standards, we have a
number of specific Service Standards for each area of our work. To
view the service standards and feedback for each service area,

Performance against our Service Standards will
also be reported on a six monthly basis on this
website. The

explains how well we are delivering our standards to our customers.
