Landlord Accreditation Assistance
A grant for accredited landlords to improve their
properties
Landlord Accreditation Assistance is a match-funded grant of up
to £1,500 for accredited landlords to
carry out a range of repairs and improvements to their
properties.
What can I get help with?
- Energy efficiency / renewable energy measures
- General repairs to bring the property up to the
Decent Homes Standard
- Fire safety
- Home security
The grant can be used for minor works at one or more properties.
Accredited landlords can apply for one grant in each financial
year.
Am I eligible for this grant?
Please note that we are experiencing high demand for
financial assistance for home repairs. Your details will be added
to a waiting list, and enquiries will be prioritised to ensure we
assist the most urgent cases first.
If you are a member of the Cheshire
Landlord Accreditation Scheme and your property(ies) are in
