Supported housing
There is a wide range of supported housing schemes across
Cheshire East.
This type of accommodation is available for
people with varying support needs. The support offered can include:
teaching life skills; support with drugs and alcohol; assistance
for pregnant women / women with children (mother & baby
accommodation), young people leaving home who are not capable of
managing their own tenancies and vulnerable men and women.
Some schemes can be accessed directly and
others will require a referral from an organisation such as the
Local Authority or a Housing Association. A Housing Officer can
discuss the schemes and the support you would be offered either
over the telephone or in a pre-booked interview.
