Up to £300 per measure.
Am I eligible to apply?
If you are an owner-occupier or a private sector
landlord, you can apply.
What works will it pay for?
The installation of renewable energy technology that makes use
of:
- Wind power
- Solar energy
- Water power
- Geothermal (ground source heat)
- Bio-mass
- Air source heat
Please note - Wood burning stoves and similar products are
not eligible for this scheme.

You need to organise the works yourself and pay the contractor in
full, then return the claim form and invoice / receipt to us within
3 months of the work being completed.
Where can I find details of suitable contractors?
The Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre will be able to give you
details of installers working locally and details of any discount
schemes currently on offer. Contact them on 0800 512
012.
Can I carry out the work myself?
No, DIY works are not eligible for this assistance.
Do I have to repay this assistance?
No, it is not repayable.
Can I apply again?
You can apply again for different measures – so you can’t apply
twice for the same measure.
