Financial Assistance for Repairs, Improvements and
Adaptations
If you are an owner-occupier, a landlord or are disabled,
you may be eligible for financial assistance to carry out
repairs, improvements and adaptations to your property.

the outgoing Councils, please contact the officer named on your
documents to find out if your approval will still be valid after
1st April 2009.
