Traffic regulation order - Ayrshire Way, Park Lane, Biddulph Road

Notice of proposal Cheshire East Borough Council (Ayrshire Way, Park Lane, Biddulph Road) (prohibition of waiting) Order 2018

  1. Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (“the 1984 Act”) and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act

The effect of the proposed Order will be to:

  • Introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths of road:-
    • Park Lane (North West Side) – From a point 14.5 metres south east of its junction of   Sefton Avenue for a distance of 52.5 metres in a south easterly direction
    • Ayrshire Way (Both Sides) – From its junction with Park Lane for a distance of 46.5 metres in a north easterly direction

    • Park Lane (South West Side) – From a point 10.5 metres south east of its junction with Service Road 1 (Biddulph Road) for a distance of 32 metres in a north westerly direction
    • Service Road 1 (Biddulph Road) (Both Sides) – From its junction with Park Lane for a distance of 29.5 metres in a general south easterly direction

    • Service Road 1 (Biddulph Road) (South West Side) – From a point 51.5 metres south east of the projected building line of property no. 108 Biddulph Road for a distance of 6 metres in a south easterly direction

    • Service Road 1 (Biddulph Road) (South East Side) – From a point 57 metres south east of the projected building line of property no. 108 Biddulph Road for a distance of 6 metres in a south westerly direction
