Help to Live in Your Home

Support to help you live independently in your own home is increasingly being offered by the private sector and can be bought with your Personal Budget. (Your 'Personal Budget' is an amount of money which is calculated by a Social Care team for you to spend on your care needs - please refer to the 'How do I get Help' page for more information).

Cheshire East Council offers a re-ablement service to help you at a time when you need extra support to help you remain in your own home and be as independent as possible
