How to Make Comments on Planning ApplicationsCommenting Icon

If you want to object, support or comment on a planning application you should do this online by first viewing the application and then clicking on the link for submitting comments on the right hand side.

Cheshire East Council has a statutory requirement under the Town and Country Planning Acts to maintain a public register of planning applications. Information from the register is used in answering queries about planning history including searches of the Local Land Charge Register.

Any representation on planning applications will be retained as part of that register. The register consists of the application form, accompanying plans and drawings, consultation responses and the decision. The register is made available to anyone who wishes to view it.
