Planning Guidance and Development Briefs

A number of supplementary planning policies have been Council-approved. These are outside of the Local Development Framework and do not form part of the statutory development plan. However, they may be material considerations in the determination of planning applications. Other supplementary planning policies and development briefs have also been adopted more formally as Supplementary Planning Documents or Supplementary Planning Guidance Notes.
