Employment Land Review 2012

In March 2012 Cheshire East Council appointed Ove Arup & Partners and Colliers International to produce an Employment Land Review for the Borough. The Employment Land Review considers the need for employment land (for B1, B2 and B8 uses) over the period from 2009 – 2030, and forms part of the evidence base for developing the new Local Plan.
