Planning Customer Service Point

The Planning Customer Service Point is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays. The service is operated by customer advisors who are able to help with planning queries relating to:

• the need for planning permission
• the completion of application forms
• information about past decisions and current applications

Applicants and agents who require a pre-application assessment are asked to submit a written request for informal guidance. Permitted Development enquiries are chargeable.
