Added Value Service
As part of our service Cheshire East Land Charges we are
offering the following Added value services for full searches.
Copies of Planning Decision Notices
Copies of Planning Decision Notices can be obtained free of
charge for both Residential and Commercial Searches if a full Local
Authority Search has been completed.
A maximum of 3 Decisions for Residential and 10 Decisions for
Commercial can be requested.
The Decision
Notice Request Form (PDF, 97KB) can be viewed or
downloaded and then submitted directly to the Land
Charges department via email landcharges@cheshireeast.gov.uk or
Faxing: 01270 537009.
Refresher Search Service
As part of our 'Added Value' to full Local Land Charges searches
we will supply free of charge a 'Refresher Search'.
The refresher search consists of the provision of a replacement
and up to date LLC1. We are unable to provide a refresher for the
Form Con 29R or Con 29O.
A refresher search will be provided free of charge only if the
following criteria are met:
- The request is made within six months of the search being
undertaken
- The request is made by the customer who submitted the original
full local authority search.
Please note – requests are not transferable.

will aim to send this refresher search to you within five working
days of receipt.
