Environmental Permitting

The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 deal with the control of emissions from certain industrial processes.

We authorise and inspect certain types of industrial premises in relation to air pollution emissions.  You must obtain an environmental permit if you operate a regulated facility.
