Disposals
Cheshire East Council owns land and buildings solely for the
effective delivery of front line services to the Cheshire
East community.
When a property is no longer required for this
purpose it is referred to the relevant Executive Member to be
declared surplus and passed to the Assets Manager for disposal. The
Council’s Assets Manager is responsible for dealing with the
disposal process and for approving the terms of disposal of all
Council property.
