Consultation on School Admission Arrangements for 2011-2012 and
beyond.
In order to ensure arrangements meet the needs
of the local area, admission authorities have a duty to consult
within their relevant area and with
relevant parents and the local
community on their draft admission
arrangements where a change is being proposed.
Admission arrangements, once determined, must be in compliance with
the mandatory provisions of the School Admissions Code.
Once determined, objections can be
referred to the Office of the Schools Adjudicator where it is
considered that arrangements are non-compliant.
Comments on the following proposed arrangements
must be sent to the relevant admission authority
by 1 March 2010.
