For further information regarding the application process
please read our "How to apply for school
places" booklet. Hard copies of this, and our Primary and
Secondary School Supplements booklets, are available on
request. Please contact the
authority.
Information about admission arrangements which could
influence your decision, can be read online or in the
information booklets. You may also need to consider objections submitted to the School
Adjudicator, which could affect admission arrangements
determined for 2012.

Admission Appeals Application Form

If you have been unsuccessful with your application for a place
at a community or voluntary controlled school, for
which the Local Authority is the admission authority, you will need
to complete the Local Authority's appeal application form.
Please complete our
electronic appeal form (community and voluntary controlled
schools only). Alternatively, contact the authority on 0300
123 5012. Parents submitting appeals will be given more
detailed information on the appeals arrangements.

Appeals
If you have been unsuccessful with your application for a place
at a voluntary (church) aided, foundation or free school, or

application form from the school. Completed appeals forms
must be returned to the school and not the Local Authority.
School contact details are available on this website.
