Developer Contributions
Developer contributions are means of mitigating the impact of
new deveopments on local infrastructure. As a service we would seek
developer contributions towards education provision, should a new
development generate a need for additional school places.
Calculations
Contributions are calculated on a fair and proportianate basis
in realation to the size of the development. You can visit our

Advice
Cheshire East Council staff are always wiling to provide advice
on a "Without Prejudice" basis. Contact the Organisation and
Capital Strategy team for guidance if needed.
Project Management
We offer a comprehensive consultancy and project management
service for external work on school grounds. We can manage projects
which involve the following:
- Synthetic/All weather pitches
- Playing field construction and drainage
- Car park extensions
- Playground extensions and construction
- Fencing - security, internal and court
