Further Education

• Education Maintenance Allowances can help students who are 16, 17 and 18 and enrolled on an eligible course.

Higher Education

Other Funding Sources

• Educational Grants Advisory Service (EGAS) This is part of Family Action and provides information on non-governmental grants and charitable trusts.

Sponsorship

• UK Sponsorship - search through thousands of potential sponsorship opportunities.

Career Development Loans

• Apply for a Career Development Loan at Direct.Gov which can be used for career development or retraining.

Research Councils

• UK Research Councils can sometimes provide funding for postgraduate research.
