Child Employment

There are rules and regulations to safeguard children who have part time jobs and children who take part in entertainment. The legislation ensures that a child’s education does not suffer and the child is not put at risk of harm by taking part in these activities. The Education Welfare Service of Cheshire’s Local Authority has been given the role of overseeing this legislation within Cheshire East.
