Cledford Development
Cheshire East Council’s Children and Families Department have
submitted a Planning Application to refurbish the former Cledford
Infants School building as an administrative office base for a
number of Children and Families Social care teams.
The majority of building work will be to refurbish the building
to make it suitable for office accommodation; there will also be
some external refurbishment to make an access road into the
building and additional parking spaces.
This page will provide background and updates to the project to
keep you fully informed of the process.
Two public information sessions were held on 8th and 9th
November. The closing date for comments on this planning
application was 7th December 2011.
