Children's Centres
Children's Centres can be described as 'one stop shops' for
young children and their families offering childcare, health and
family support services from one central base.
A Children's Centre is required to deliver the following:
- Child and family health services
- Family support and outreach
- Information and guidance to support parents/carers
- Specialist support for children with additional needs
- A range of activities that support parents/carers to access
training and employment which include close working with JobCentre

Children's Centres in Cheshire East
Cheshire East has been divided into 13 Children's
Centre Footprints, we have 13 Children's Centres with
3 outreach sites, a full list of our centres can be seen
at the bottom of the page, the name of each centre
links to the individual Children's Centre web page, an
interactive map will also be available here shortly. In the
meantime, you can click the image to the right to see a larger
(non-interactive) map which shows where the various Centres are
located.
