circumstances, making claims and getting advice if you are

To register births and deaths, book civil ceremonies, order copy
certificates and for general enquiries about the Registration
Service.
Roads, Transport and Parking - 0300 123 5020
To report all highways faults and road defects, advice and
guidance on Disabled Blue Badges, and information on Concessionary
Travel for eligible older and disabled people.
Community Safety - 0300 123 5021
To contact the Community Safety team with enquiries relating to
dog wardens, anti social behaviour and any CCTV enquiries.
Cheshire East Information Line - 0300 123 5500
For general enquiries not covered by the numbers above, or to
speak to a named member of staff.
Calls may be recorded for quality or training
purposes. 0300 telephone numbers are designated for use only
by public bodies and non profit organisations. Calls to 0300
numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02
number and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as
01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of
line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
Emergency Contact Information
The Cheshire East Information line (0300 1235500) provides 24x7
customer access. Only emergency calls will activate out of hours
escalation procedures and be responded to immediately. A summary of
