Calls may be recorded for quality or training purposes. 0300 telephone numbers are designated for use only by public bodies and non profit organisations. Calls to 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.

Emergency Contact Information

The Cheshire East Information line (0300 1235500) provides 24x7 customer access. Only emergency calls will activate out of hours escalation procedures and be responded to immediately. A summary of emergency call types is provided below:
