Customer Service Centres
Our Customer Service Centres provide face to
face help and advice on Council services including Benefits,
Council Tax, Planning, Licensing, Concessionary Travel, Waste and
Recycling, Environmental Health and Development
Management.
Before you make your journey to visit us have
you checked if you can Do it Online? We
have a wide range of options to pay for, apply for and find out via
our website. You can also access our council services and Direct.gov.uk on-line
using our self-service computers in the Customer Service Centres,
or ring us via our Essential
Numbers page.

across the road.

Macclesfield Town Hall has an open reception area, with a
customer centre for members of the public to seek advice and
help. We also provide public toilets, disabled
toilets and computers open to the public.
