The Customer Service Centre at Delamere House in Crewe will be undergoing refurbishment from Friday, 15th January 2010. The revamped centre is due to re-open to the public in mid April 2010.

Cheshire East Council residents who need to pay bills or parking fines, enquire about benefits or council tax, are asked to use the following venues during this period:

For benefits, council tax and other general enquiries

  • Crewe Customer Service Point Access Shop, 19 Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ (Revenue and benefits enquiries appointment only. Tel: 01270 537189)
  • Crewe Planning Customer Service Points, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ

To pay council tax bills or parking fines

  • Pay online at cheshireeast.gov.uk
  • Any Post Office or by telephoning our dedicated payments line on 0300 123 5039
  • By post: Cheshire East Council, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ
  • Nantwich Customer Service Point, Civic Hall, Market Street, Nantwich
  • Lyceum Theatre
