Civil Partnership Certificate Fees

One certificate is included in the cost of the registration. It is possible to obtain further copies at the time of registration for a fee of £4.00. However, once the civil partnership register is completed and deposited with the Superintendent Registrar, the fee for a certificate increases to £10.00.

Please make all Registration cheques payable to Cheshire East Borough Council. Please note: most of the services we provide are exempt from VAT, where VAT is applicable the VAT-inclusive charge is shown.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you have been living on your own and claiming Single Person Discount on Council Tax, and are now going to be living with your spouse, then please ensure you notify the relevant authority.
