Compliments and Complaints
Are you satisfied with the service you are
receiving?
The Cheshire East Registration Service is committed to
delivering an excellent customer service to all of our customers,
as set out in the Customer Charter.
Customer Satisfaction
We receive regular feedback from our customers. Please see the
report from the last
Cheshire East Registration Service - Customer Survey Results
2010 (PDF, 82KB). Customers let us know they are satisfied with
the service received by sending complimentary letters or emails and
positive comments using feedback forms.
Where customer dissatisfaction with the service is received,
either by complaints or negative feedback, we use this as an
opportunity to improve our services. It is important for us to have
feedback from customers so that if we get things wrong, we can put
things right in the future.
The number of compliments and positive comments received far
outweigh the numbers of complaints and negative comments.
If you complain, what will happen?
We strive to resolve complaints to the best of our ability. If
the service you receive does not meet your expectations, please
tell us by completing a feedback form (available in all
Registration Offices). If you wish to make a formal complaint,
please write to:
Superintendent Registrar
The Register Office
Delamere House
Chester Street
Crewe CW1 2LL
Or email creweregisteroffice@cheshireeast.gov.uk
If you wish, you can make a complaint using the Council complaints procedure.
