Landlord Forum

Landlord Forums provide the ideal opportunity for private sector landlords to keep up to date with legislation and become involved in initiatives and plans for the private rented sector in Cheshire East. We hold regular landlord forums every 6 months. If you would like to know more about the forum or when the next one is, please contact us.

The most recent Landlord Forums were held on 27th January in Macclesfield and 3rd February in Sandbach. The meetings were well attended with between 25 and 35 landlords coming to gather futher information on landlord accreditation, the boiler scrappage scheme, insurance schemes for landlords and an overview of the Rugg Report.
