Cheshire East's first meetings with local landlords took place on the 21st May in Sandbach and Macclesfield and the 16th June in Crewe.

The meetings were well attended with between 25 and 35 landlords coming to gather futher information on changes to gas safety legislation, the financial assistance available to private landlords from Cheshire East Council, the new deposit scheme and details of any changes in Housing Benefits.
