Overnight parking is not permitted on this car park. Any vehicle left overnight will not be recoverable until the next working day and a penalty charge notice may be incurred.
All parking spaces on floors 4 and 5 are leased by the Emerson Group and therefore regulated by a private enforcement company. Cheshire East permits and pay and display tickets are not valid on these floors.
There are also designated areas within the car park which are privately owned and privately enforced. The areas are adequately signposted and users of the car park should make themselves aware of these areas before parking their vehicle. Please note that Cheshire East permits and pay and display tickets are not valid in these areas.
