Home Information Packs
Home Information Packs (HIP) were introduced on 1 August 2007
for houses with 4 bedrooms or more and will apply to houses with 3
bedrooms from 10th September 2007.
What is a HIP?
A HIP contains key information about a property such as an
Energy Performance Certificate, standard searches and evidence of
title.
