Redundancy Support
Many people will experience the loss of a job through redundancy
at some point in their working life, therefore, getting the right
advice at such a time is invaluable whether you are an employee or
employer and whether it be financial, legal or personal.
The Redundancy Action Support Team (RAST) offers a fully
comprehensive redundancy advice and guidance service, to both
employers and employees addressing redundancy issues,
in Cheshire East.
The team comprises professional, private and public sector
organisations, who's aim is to increase awareness of
the advice available.
The help available includes:

- Advice on benefits
- Financial budgeting
- Sector training
- Provisions for self-employment
- Career guidance
- CV preparation
- Job search facilities
- Interview techniques
- Signposting to further education/training
