2010 REVALUATION
Every 5 years the rateable values of all business properties are
reassessed by the Valuation Office Agency. The next
revaluation is due to come into effect on 1st April 2010.
The rateable values that come into force on 1st April 2010 have
been based on market rental values at 1st April
2008.
