At your library you will find

Customer service desk

You can call in with a Customer Service Desk (Blue Badge, Benefits, Railcards) enquiry, but there may be times when you will have to wait for a member of staff. Alternatively, you can make an appointment in advance to ensure staff are available.

Please note that the library is run by volunteers between 1.00 and 5.00pm on Tuesdays, so the Customer Service Desk is not available on Tuesday afternoons.
